The Scarecrow with a similar costume to the one he wore it the Batman: Gotham Knight feature called "In Darkness Dwells". Straw hair and lots of string added. XD
The quote to the right also comes from that feature, where The Scarecrow is referring to a large group of homeless people that he wants to use in his experiments. Not too exciting, but I just wanted to play with a coloring method. I dotted the hell out of this. XD DOT FEST. The Scarecrow says that polka dots are IN this fall! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
