The Scarecrow with a similar costume to the one he wore it the Batman: Gotham Knight feature called "In Darkness Dwells". Straw hair and lots of string added. XD
The quote to the right also comes from that feature, where The Scarecrow is referring to a large group of homeless people that he wants to use in his experiments.
Not too exciting, but I just wanted to play with a coloring method. I dotted the hell out of this. XD DOT FEST.
